Overview
When a candidate moves to onboarding in Greenhouse, their data is also imported into Pebl. No copy-pasting or re-entering details you already have. That cleaner handoff means compliant contracts can be generated faster and onboarding can start sooner.
The integration works in both directions. Updates in Pebl sync back to Greenhouse, so your hiring records stay accurate without duplicate maintenance across two platforms.

Hire new talent
Start the hiring process by entering new talent details in Greenhouse. Job and personal information is automatically exported to the Global Work Platform™, allowing for faster agreement finalization and approval. This includes:
- Configurable workflows: Customize the integration to match your hiring and onboarding processes.
- Data customization: Map and sync data fields to ensure information flows exactly where you need it.
- Bi-directional sync: This feature is unique to Greenhouse. It includes an optional capability to sync a status update back to Greenhouse to mark the candidate as “Hired” once they have signed their employment agreement within the Global Work Platform™.
